الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن متطلبات توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي اللازمة لتطوير القيادات التربوية، وتصنيفها في ضوء التحليل المعمق للأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، وبلورة آليات تنفيذية، وإجرائية مقترحة لاستيفاء متطلبات توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير القيادات التربوية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المضمون، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الأوعية المعرفية المتمثلة في البحوث المحكمة، والمقالات العلمية، والتقارير الأكاديمية، وتكونت العينة من (15) دراسة. وأظهرت أبرز النتائج أربعة متطلبات لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير القيادات التربوية في ضوء الأدبيات المعاصرة، تمثلت بالمتطلبات التقنية، والمتطلبات البشرية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية الإدارية، والمتطلبات الأخلاقية القانونية، وتمثلت أبرز التوصيات بضرورة عقد ورش عمل، ولقاءات موسعة مع صناع القرار؛ لمناقشة (مصفوفة الآليات التنفيذية)، وتشكيل لجنة وطنية عليا؛ لصياغة دليل حوكمة أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المدرسي بناءً على المتطلبات المرصودة.
abstract
The present research aimed to explore the artificial intelligence (AI) employment requirements necessary for developing educational leadership, classify them considering an in-depth analysis of contemporary educational literature, and formulate proposed executive and procedural mechanisms to fulfill these requirements. To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive approach was adopted using the content analysis method. The study population consisted of knowledge repositories, including peer-reviewed research, scientific articles, and academic reports. The study sample comprised (15) studies. The most prominent results revealed four main requirements for employing AI in developing educational leaderships according to contemporary literature: technical requirements, human requirements, organizational and administrative requirements, and ethical and legal requirements. The most significant recommendations emphasized the necessity of holding workshops and extensive meetings with decision-makers to discuss the proposed (Matrix of Executive Mechanisms), as well as forming a supreme national committee to draft a governance manual for the ethics of school AI based on the identified requirements
