الملخص

إن منظومة صناعة القرارات ونموذج القيادة الاسلامية تعتبر فريدة من نوعها، لأنها ترتكز إلى نموذج “قيمة العدالة” الذي يعتبر الغاية العليا، أو القانون الأساسي، الذي يجب أن تنتظم حياة الناس وعلاقاتهم على ضوئه، وهو منظومة متكاملة من القوانين التي ينبغي العمل على تطبيقها والاحتكام إليها. أي أن يكون المرؤوسون أو المحكومون متحفزين دائماً لحماية حق الله، وهم ينظمون علاقاتهم بقياداتهم، ويتمثل حق الله أولاً وقبل أي شيء في إقامة القادة لقانون العدالة، والمحافظة عليه في كل ممارساتهم، بالإضافة إلى تمسكهم بالقوانين الإيمانية الأخرى، التي تؤكد تمسكهم بتقوى الله في المحكومين وفي مجتمعاتهم، أو منظماتهم، التي يقومون على قيادتها. وأن تنبني صناعة القرارات في ضوء مصلحة المجتمع والفرد سواء بسواء، وفق منهج متوازن يحتكم إلى قواعد وقوانين تركن الى بناء الفرد وعمارة الكون.

The decision-making system and the Islamic leadership model are considered unique, because they are based on the “value of justice” model, which is considered the highest goal, or the basic law, in light of which people’s lives and relationships must be organized. It is an integrated system of laws that must be applied and adhered to. to her. That is, the subordinates or the governed must always be motivated to protect God’s right, and they organize their relationships with their leaders. God’s right, first and foremost, is represented by the leaders establishing the law of justice and preserving it in all their practices, in addition to their adherence to other laws of faith, which confirms their adherence to the fear of God in the governed. And in their communities or organizations, which they lead. Decision-making should be based in light of the interest of society and the individual alike, according to a balanced approach that relies on rules and laws that are based on building the individual and the architecture of the universe
