الملخص

هدفت الورقة العلمية إلى تعرف الأبعاد التي عكست إجماعًا واضحًا من قبل المبحوثين في توصيف الجانب الإنساني للقرابة الرمزية لدى مؤتمرات جمعية التفكير الثقافي للموهبة والإبداع، ولتحقيق الأهداف تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسلوب تحليل المضمون باعتماد المقابلة، وتكونت العينة من (45) مشاركًا ومشاركة في مؤتمرات جمعية التفكير الثقافي للموهبة والإبداع. وأظهرت أبرز النتائج مستويات مرتفعة لأبعاد الجانب الإنساني للقرابة الرمزية لدى مؤتمرات جمعية التفكير الثقافي للموهبة والإبداع إذ تراوحت بين (92%–100%)، وفي ضوء النتائج أشارت إحدى التوصيات إلى أن تهتم المؤتمرات باختلاف توجهاتها بالحاجات النفسية، والاجتماعية، والترفيهية للمشاركين.

abstract

The scientific paper aimed to identify the dimensions that reflected a clear consensus among the respondents in describing the human aspect of symbolic kinship at the conferences of the Cultural Thinking Association for Talent and Creativity. To achieve the objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the content analysis method was adopted by relying on the interview. The sample consisted of (45) male and female participants in the conferences of the Cultural Thinking Association for Talent and Creativity.
The most prominent results showed high levels of the human dimension of symbolic kinship at the conferences of the Cultural Thinking Association for Talent and Creativity, ranging between (92%–100%). The researcher recommended that conferences, with their different orientations, should pay attention to the psychological, social, and recreational needs of the participants.
