توجهات معلمات اللغة العربية نحو محتوى برنامج تدريبي قائم على مجتمعات التعلم المهنية الإلكترونية في سلطنة عمان

الملخص

هدف البحث إلى تعرف مجتمعات التعلم المهنية الإلكترونية كأسلوب للتدريب في برنامج تدريبي، وتحديد توجهات معلمات اللغة العربية نحو محتوى برنامج تدريبي قائم على توظيف مجتمعات التعلُّم المِهْنية الإلكترونية في تدريس مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، ومهارات الذكاء اللُغوي في سلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج شبه التجريبي، واختيرت عينة قصدية قوامها (15) معلمة. وأشارت أبرز النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي، والبعدي في توجهات معلمات اللغة العربية نحو محتوى البرنامج التدريبي القائم على توظيف مجتمعات التعلُّم المِهْنية الإلكترونية في تنمية مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، ومهارات الذكاء اللغوي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأظهرت أبرز التوصيات أن يهتم الباحثون بإجراء مزيد من البحوث ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث الحالي، باستخدام متغيرات مختلفة.

abstract

The research aimed to explore e-professional learning communities (e-PLCs) as a training method within a training program. It also sought to determine the attitudes of Arabic language female teachers toward the content of a training program based on utilizing e-professional learning communities in teaching 21st-century skills and linguistic intelligence skills in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the research objectives, a quasi-experimental approach was adopted, and a purposive sample of (15) female teachers was selected. The main findings indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre- and post-applications regarding the attitudes of Arabic language female teachers toward the content of the training program—which is based on utilizing e-professional learning communities in developing 21st-century skills and linguistic intelligence skills—in favor of the post-application. The key recommendations highlighted that researchers should focus on conducting further research related to the topic of the current study using different variables
