الملخص

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الجامعات العربية في جمهورية غينيا في تحقيق الأمن الفكري وتعزيزه لدى طلاب الجامعات، وقد قدم صورة موجزة عن الجامعات العربية في جمهورية غينيا والأقسام العربية الحكومية، ثم سلط الضوء على مفهوم الأمن الفكري وأنواعه ومجالاته وأهميته، ثم كشف النقاب واللثام عن دور الجامعات في تحقيق الأمن الفكري، ابتداء من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ثم المناهج الدراسية، ثم الأنشطة الطلابية، ثم الإدارة الجامعية، ووضع تصور مقترح له ثم ختمت الدراسة بنتائج وتوصيات من أهمها : إقامة مؤتمرات ودورات وعقد ورش عمل حول قضايا الأمن الفكري، وتشجيع أساتذة الجامعات بكتابة بحوث ومقالات حول الأمن الفكري، وطلاب الدراسات العليا بكتابة رسائل وأطاريح حول قضايا أمنية في البلاد، والاهتمام بالأنشطة الطلابية لمعرفة أفكار الطلاب ومشكلاتهم الاجتماعية والأسرية وغيرها.

abstract

The study aimed to explore the role of Arab universities in the Republic of Guinea in achieving and promoting intellectual security among university students. It provided a brief overview of Arab universities in Guinea, including government-run Arabic departments, and then shed light on the concept of intellectual security, its types, fields, and significance. The research further examined the role of universities in fostering intellectual security, starting with the faculty members, followed by academic curricula, student activities, and university administration. A proposed framework was presented, and the study concluded with several findings and recommendations. Among the most important were organizing conferences, training sessions, and workshops on intellectual security issues; encouraging university professors to write research papers and articles on the topic; urging graduate students to write theses and dissertations addressing national security concerns; and focusing on student activities as a way to understand students’ thoughts, social problems, family issues, and more
