الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم مراجعة منهجية شاملة للأدبيات العلمية المتعلقة بالقيادة التحويلية، منذ نشأتها وحتى التطورات الحديثة، تسعى الدراسة إلى تتبع التطور المفاهيمي للقيادة التحويلية، وتحليل أبعادها الأساسية كما قدمها الباحثون الرئيسيون، واستعراض أبرز النماذج النظرية والمقاييس المستخدمة، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تلخيص أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسات التجريبية حول أثر القيادة التحويلية على المستويات الفردية والجماعية والمنظمية، مع تحديد الآليات الوسيطة والمعدلة لهذه العلاقات، زكذلك تسعى الدراسة إلى تحديد الفجوات المعرفية والصعوبات النظرية والمنهجية، وتقديم رؤى وتوصيات للتوجهات البحثية المستقبلية في مجال القيادة التحويلية، بما يساهم في تعميق الفهم وتوسيع نطاق التطبيقات العملية لهذا النمط القيادي الهام في سياقات متنوعة.

abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive systematic review of the scientific literature related to the concept of transformational leadership, from its inception to recent developments. The research seeks to trace the conceptual evolution of transformational leadership, analyze its core dimensions as presented by key theorists, and review prominent theoretical models and measurement scales. It also aims to summarize the main findings of empirical studies on the impacts of transformational leadership at various individual, group, and organizational levels, identifying mediating and moderating mechanisms. Finally, the research seeks to identify knowledge gaps, theoretical and methodological challenges, and offer insights and recommendations for future research directions in the field of transformational leadership, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding and broader practical application of this important leadership style in diverse contexts
