الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى إختبار العلاقة التفاعلية بين ممارسات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأداء المستدام من خلال القدرة على إستغلال الفرص كمتغير وسيط بالمصارف التجارية العاملة بولاية شمال كردفان. إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع العاملين بالمستويات الإدارية العليا، وقد بلغت العينة الخاضعة للتحليل (310) مفردة، إستخدمت الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد أُخضعت بياناتها للتحليل الإحصائي ضمن البرنامجينSPSS و(Amos-V.24)، وتحليل معادلة النمذجة الهيكلية، إفترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة بين ممارسات إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المستدام حيث أظهرت النتائج إن القدرة على إستغلال الفرص تتوسط العلاقة بين ممارسات إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المستدام، هنالك علاقة إيجابية بين ممارسات إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المستدام، أوصت الدراسة بنشر ثقافة الجودة وتبني المفاهيم الخاصة بإدارة الجودة الشاملة بغرض تحسين وتطوير الخدمات المالية والمصرفية، تنمية وتدريب قدرات العاملين وشاغلي المستويات الإدارية الأخرى بالمصارف ليصبحوا ذوي كفاءة عالية والإستفادة من إمكانياتهم وقدراتهم في التطوير والتغيير لتحقيق التميز، الإلتزام بمعايير المسؤولية المجتمعية لتحقيق الإستجابة الإجتماعية ولتسهيل الوصول إلى المنافسة في الأسواق العالمية.

abstract

This study aims to test an interactive relationship between Total Quality Management practices and sustainable performance through the ability to exploit opportunities as a mediating variable in commercial banks works in North Kordofan State.The study used a descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of all employees at high administrative levels. The sample analyzed consisted of (310) respondents. .A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the data was subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS and (Amos-V.24) programs, as well as structural equation modeling analysis. The Study hypothesized There is positive relationship between between Total Quality Management practices and sustainable performance, and the results showed that the ability to exploit opportunities mediates the relationship between Total Quality Management practices and sustainable performance.There is a positive relationship between Total Quality Management practices and sustainable performance.The study recommended the followingSpreading a culture of quality and adopting Total Quality Management concepts to improve and develop financial and banking services.Developing and training the capabilities of employees and occupants of other administrative levels in banks, so that they become highly efficient and benefit from their potential and capabilities in development and change to achieve excellence. Committing to social responsibility standards to achieve social responsiveness and facilitate access to competition in global markets
