الملخص

استكشاف المنهج الفلسفي في نظرية الإدارة يُعتبر دراسةً لتطبيق وجهة النظر الفلسفية في فهم بنية القواعد المعرفية التي تشرح الظواهر الإدارية. في مجال علم الإدارة، نحن أقل اهتمامًا بالتكهنات والتعميمات العامة حول طبيعة العالم، بل نركز بدلاً من ذلك على كيفية خدمة مصالح أولئك الذين يسعون لجعل هذا العالم مكانًا أفضل للعيش. أهمية تطبيق الفلسفة في نظرية الإدارة تثير الاهتمام لأن مجال الفلسفة واسع، ومبادئها قابلة للتطبيق على مختلف المجالات البشرية، بما في ذلك نظرية الإدارة. نحن نسعى لتحديد مدى فعالية هذا التطبيق، والطريقة الأمثل لذلك هي من خلال التقييم، حيث يُعتبر استخدام مبادئ الفلسفة أفضل طريقة لتقييم نظرية الإدارة. قد يكون هذا الموضوع محور اهتمام لمنظري الإدارة والمهتمين بالفلسفة، إذ يمكن لمنظري الإدارة أن يكونوا مهتمين بفهم ما إذا كانت الفلسفة قادرة على تعزيز فهم وتطوير نظرية الإدارة وتحسين استخدامها في الممارسة العملية. بينما يمكن أن يكون المهتمون بالفلسفة مهتمين بكيفية تطبيق المبادئ الفلسفية على مجال محدد من النشاط البشري وتقييم الفوائد الناجمة عن ذلك. بشكل عام، يُمكن القول إن نظرية الإدارة تحتاج إلى بحث يربط بين الهيكل المعرفي الفلسفي وامكانية تحسين انشطة المنظمات، حيث أن استخدام الممارسات الإدارية الواسعة النطاق في المجتمع الحديث لا يعكس بالضرورة فعاليتها أو فائدتها للمنظمات والأفراد الذين يعملون فيها.

Exploring the philosophical approach to management theory is a study of the application of the philosophical point of view in understanding the structure of cognitive bases that explain managerial phenomena. In the field of management science, we are less interested in speculation and broad generalizations about the nature of the world, but instead focus on how to serve the interests of those who seek to make this world a better place to live. The importance of applying philosophy in management theory arouses interest because the field of philosophy is broad, and its principles are applicable to various human fields, including management theory. We seek to determine the effectiveness of this application, and the best way to do this is through evaluation, as using the principles of philosophy is the best way to evaluate management theory. This topic may be of interest to management theorists and those interested in philosophy, as management theorists may be interested in understanding whether philosophy is able to enhance the understanding and development of management theory and improve its use in practice. While those interested in philosophy may be interested in how to apply philosophical principles to a specific field of human activity and evaluate the benefits resulting from this. In general, it can be said that management theory needs research that links the philosophical cognitive structure with the possibility of improving the activities of organizations, as the use of widespread administrative practices in modern society does not necessarily reflect their effectiveness or benefit to the organizations and individuals who work in them
