Middle East region – geopolitical variable – strategic balances – international conflict
The war on Gaza has changed different paths with its dimensions in the Middle East region, which means the continuation of the conflict in shaping the features of internal and external regional policies, regional interactions, and the region’s relations with external actors. Therefore, the study aimed to answer the main problem, which is: To what extent do contemporary international conflicts and variables continue in the geopolitical file of the Middle East region? And thus answer what is the environment of the variables of the international system in the region?, and the transformations in the balances of global powers affecting the Middle East, in light of a global system moving from unipolarity to multi-center, and the competition of international powers and their interventions in the ongoing changes in the map of the Middle Eastern environment? Especially with the overlap and interconnectedness of the conflict in the region politically, socially, and economically, it is a changing environment, but its strategic goals and interests are intertwined. Therefore, the study axes dealt with two axes, the first axis: the conflict of the concept of the Middle East region within the geopolitical conflict, which was divided into two requirements: the first is a conceptual requirement for the Middle East and the second requirement: the geopolitical importance of the Middle East region. As for the second axis: it is about the international and regional powers in the Middle East conflict and is divided into two requirements: the first: the geopolitical conflict between political alliances, hegemony and normalization, and the second requirement is about the possible scenarios for the continuation of the geopolitical conflict in the Middle East region
إقليم الشرق الأوسط- المتغير الجيوسياسي– التوازنات الإستراتيجية-الصراع الدولي
لقد غيرت الحرب على غزة مسارات مختلفة لها أبعادها في إقليم الشرق الأوسط ، مما يعني إستمرارية الصراع برسم معالم السياسات الإقليمية الداخلية والخارجية والتفاعلات الإقليمية وعلاقات المنطقة مع الجهات الفاعلة الخارجية. لذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية والتي مفادها: إلى أي مدى تستمر الصراعات والمتغيرات الدولية المعاصرة في الملف الجيوسياسي لإقليم الشرق الأوسط؟ وبالتالي الإجابة على ما هي بيئة متغيرات النظام الدولي في الإقليم ؟، والتحولات في توازنات القوى العالمية المؤثرة في الشرق الاوسط، في ظل نظام عالمي ينتقل من الأحادية القطبية إلى تعدد المركز، وتنافس القوى الدولية وتدخلاتها في التغيرات المستمرة في خريطة البيئة الشرق أوسطية ؟. خاصة مع تداخل وترابط الصراع في الإقليم سياسيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا فهو بيئة متغيرة لكنه متشابك الأهداف والمصالح الإستراتيجية . وبالتالي تناولت محاور الدراسة محوريينالمحور الاول : تصارع مفهوم إقليم الشرق الأوسط ضمن الصراع الجيوسياسي والذي قسم الى مطلبين: الأول مطلب مفاهيمي للشرق الأوسط والمطلب الثاني: الأهمية الجيوسياسية لإقليم الشرق الأوسط أما المحور الثاني: فهو عن القوى الدولية والإقليمية في الصراع الشرق الأوسطيوقسم الى مطلبين الأول: الصراع الجيوسياسي بين التحالفات السياسية والهيمنة والتطبيع والمطلب الثاني حول السيناريوهات المحتملة لإستمرارية الصراع الجيوسياسي في إقليم الشرق الأوسط
